The undersigned authorizes ACF and gives it permission to use and display any photographies, or video content from the event. The media in which this content may include (but not limited to ministers, elders, its pastors, deacons, and members) publications, multimedia productions, displays, advertisements or internet publications related to the mission and ministry of ACF. The undersigned agrees that ACF may use the name, likeness, image, or biographical information supplied by the undersigned. The undersigned releases and forever discharges ACF and its staff members, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of.
